Nextech Aluminium & Hardware works out of Santej, Ahmedabad, supplying the moving and locking components of fenestration: sliding rollers and bearing carriages, friction stays and arms, touch locks, cylinder and single point locks, handle sets, butt hinges, stainless track rail and polyamide locking strip.
Hardware is the part of a window that gets handled every day for decades. A roller that grooves its track, a stay that loosens, a handle that arrives without its keeps — these are the failures that come back to the fabricator, not to the supplier. Our range is specified to avoid them: stainless steel through the moving parts, stated load ratings on every carriage, and sets that ship complete.

Quality
How the specification is held
Quality on a hardware range is mostly material selection and dimensional consistency. Here is how we approach both.
Material specification
Stainless steel is selected by duty. SS 304 for friction stays, friction arms and the heaviest bearing carriage. SS 430 for pressed sliding roller bodies. SS 201 where the load and exposure allow it.
Load rating
Every sliding carriage carries a stated capacity per set: 80 kg on two wheel products, 120 kg on the four wheel U-groove roller, 150 kg on the four wheel bearing.
Dimensional consistency
Roller bodies are held to 15x18, 15x20 and 15x24 mm so they seat in standard 15 mm track without packing. Locking strip is produced to a 19.40 mm section.
Complete supply
Sets are checked as sets. Handle sets, lock sets and cylinder locks are supplied with their keeps, plates, keys and fixings so nothing is missing at the bench.

Stainless steel throughout
Bodies and moving parts are specified in SS 201, SS 430 and SS 304 rather than mild steel. The grade for every product is published on its page, so you can match the specification to the exposure.
Rated, not estimated
Sliding hardware carries a stated load rating, from 80 kg on two wheel sets to 150 kg on the four wheel bearing. You specify against sash weight instead of guessing from frame size.
Sized for real sections
Roller bodies come in 15x18, 15x20 and 15x24 mm for 15 mm track. Friction stays run 10 to 16 inch. Handle sets come in three lengths. The size you fabricate to is the size we hold.
Complete sets, not loose parts
Handle sets ship with strike plates, end caps and screws. Door handle sets ship with lock body and lock plate. The backset and cut-outs are matched at source rather than reconciled on your bench.
The whole opening covered
Rollers, bearings, stays, locks, handles, hinges, track rail and glazing strip come from one supplier, so the running surface and the carriage that runs on it are specified together.
